2013 Continued

July 25th, 2013

It’s been a while since we blogged as we have been very busy with lots of exciting jobs…

2013 also sees some of our longest running partnerships continue with our fifth year of supplying the marquees to the very successful Borders Book Festival. We feel privileged to be associated with such a well-run and highly respected event which turned out to be one of the busiest yet.  We are also providing the marquee for St Mary’s School prize giving ceremony for the fourth consecutive year and we are also delighted to be involved in the inaugural Childrens Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) Borders fund raising event in August.    We have provided marquees at some of the Border 7’s and  also provided marquees for the Edinburgh 7’s & 10’s back in June.  Heriot Watt University held their Graduation Party in one of our marquees.  We were privileged to provide the Abbotsford Trust with marquees for the Bugatti Rally and for the Official Royal opening of Abbotsford House which was attended by our very own Charles & Steph.  Aikwood Tower is turning out to be another busy venue for us this year.  Marquees were provided for the Melrose Ball and the Jed Callants ball in June & July.  We are delighted to be involved with our first wedding at Ferniehirst Castle and hope that we can build a good working relation with all at Ferniehirst.  We now have Hopetoun Town & Country Fair and Hendersyde Horse trials to look forward to over the next couple of weeks.  Next month we are back at some of our favourite venues such as: Jupiter Artland, Mellerstain House and Ravensheugh Log Cabin………will have more about those venues next blog.
